Assembly

A contrast of plush velvet, felt, and linen, the Assembly line brings together clean-lined forms and industrial details, screwing together the parts of a simple but formal seating piece with prominent steel bolts. Placed in multiples throughout a public space, the seats bring to mind overt industrial findings and water pipe connections. Available as a loveseat or chair, the chair version is also available with a hollow seat for use in a dining context.

Injected flame-retardant foam and polyester fibre over internal steel frame. Bolts zincked or black zincked. Assembly has not removable covers.
