Bed - Big Bed

Conceived of as a veritable night time island, Poliform’s Big Bed is characterized by its clean and simple design and amazing comfort. Functionality, design and emotions come together to create a piece of furniture with a strong personality.

The Big Bed will lend an extra-large and laid back look to your sleeping area.

The bed has been constructed to ensure maximum comfort. You will feel like you are floating out to sea in the middle of your bedroom as you drift to sleep on this unique bed.

The Big Bed was designed by Paola Navone as the evolution of the Bug and Big Bug armchairs.

The bed consists of an upholstered platform base and headboard as well as an optional arm on either the left or right side. The removable cover is available in both fabric and leather as well as eco-leather. The bed’s structure is constructed in wood and is covered with padding in flexible multi-density foam polyurethane. The flexible slats in multilayered beech wood lend spring to the bed. The slats are joint assembled. The Big Bed is also available with an anatomic bedstead.

To complete the bed, custom containers, coherent with the style of the Big Bed, can be mixed and matched.

The Big Bed is available in 46 different fabrics, 6 different leathers and 2 different eco-leathers. The bed is available in both king and queen size models. Matching mattresses, pillows and other complements are available to complete the look.

Queen bed size: 1850 mm wide, 2505 mm long, 865 mm high

King bed size: 2260 mm wide, 2505 mm long, 865 mm high

Height of upholstered platform is 345 mm

Queen mattress size: Queen 1600 x 2000 mm

King mattress size: 1800 x 2000 mm
