Baxter is an Italian company founded in 1990, born from the intersection between the high-end furniture expertise of Brianza and the creativity of the design capital, Milan.
Luigi and Paolo Bestetti, entrepreneurs with a long family tradition of master saddlers, created Baxter with the intent of continuing the tradition of Italian design furniture, focusing on the highest expression of a privileged material: leather.

The Baxter leather catalog comes from a careful selection of the finest pieces, worked on while respecting the natural material to preserve its original quality and sensory properties. The result is a product that stands out for comfort, tactile characteristics, color depth, and a wide range of colors.
The pursuit of excellence extends to all the materials used in Baxter furniture products, from marbles to fine woods, from outdoor fabrics to metals worked with exclusive techniques.

Over time, this tailor-made approach to craftsmanship has evolved into a research on space that reflects the brand's aesthetic vision. Today, Baxter offers a complete, original, and continuously evolving interior design project.

In 2015, Baxter acquired the spaces of the historic cinema President, in the heart of Milan, incorporating its philosophy of interiors and hospitality into a symbolic place of Milanese culture.

In 2022, the Casa sul Lago was inaugurated, a twentieth-century villa on Lake Como, where Baxter's living concept is renewed every year with different setups and settings, exclusively presenting new furniture collections.
