Since 1977 G.T.DESIGN designs and manufactures textile objects in total respect for man and the environment. The collections, real 'canvases' of an artistic nature that have changed and oriented the image of the contemporary carpet since their inception, arise from the choice of the best fibers available and combine traditional processes, such as loom weaving and knotting by hand, to the most recent technological experimentation.

The G.T.DESIGN project area consists of a platform that is the synthesis of the decades-long research of Deanna Comellini, designer and art director, and of the experience developed with interior design partners by Michele Preti, corporate manager of the brand. 

The years spent selecting fibres, weaves and textures, associating materials and surfaces, listening to and supporting architects and interpreting their creative and formal needs, have ensured G.T.DESIGN a precious expertise which today is made available to designers and interior companies. It is therefore precisely in the common tension towards refined excellence, as well as in the long practice of collaboration with designers, that the encounter between GTDESIGN and Milano Contract District takes place, an innovative format that combines exhibition space and services dedicated to real estate professionals.

An encounter that today takes shape in the textile furnishings of the new Penthouse designed by MCD inside the buildings designed by Zaha Hadid for the City Life complex (via Senofonte 2, Milan). A refined selection of carpets by G.T.DESIGN illuminates and envelops the over 400 square meters of a sample penthouse in an atmosphere of warm comfort.
