West Village, New York Townhouse Renovation

Currently in construction in New York's West Village: this townhouse interior renovation includes a new gas fireplace insert (from Spark Modern Fires) within an existing masonry firebox, new 4KTV, and since the existing fireplace is off-center with the room, back-painted glass panels to unify and re-center the whole composition. This project was modeled and rendered using ArchiCAD 19. Sofa is "Ray" from B&B Italia with upholstery from Christopher Barrett textiles in New York. Leather armchairs are Mario Bellini's Cab no. 414 from Cassina. Bench is from "Design Lush, in New York.
