House F+T+3 is a private residence located in Mogliano Veneto, in the province of Treviso, Italy, surrounded by a garden of over 500 square metres.
Within an architecture defined by contemporary geometries, natural light, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, the Oikos Synua security door with pivot opening becomes an integral part of the entrance design.

The Project
House F+T+3 is a private villa located just a few kilometres from Treviso. The project is based on clean lines and contemporary geometries that define both the building envelope and the interior spaces.
The ground-floor entrance opens directly into the living area, a space distinguished by an abundance of natural light. From the various rooms of the house, residents can enjoy views of the large infinity pool, conceived not only as a functional feature but also as an integral element of the architectural composition.
The project was designed by Caprioglio Architects. For the villa's entrance, the architects selected Oikos Synua, a pivot security door that complements the building's minimalist and contemporary architectural language.

Synua: Minimalist Design and Pivot Opening
The Synua pivot security door opens and closes through a vertical pivot system consisting of two concealed, adjustable pivot pins positioned at the top and bottom of the door leaf.
The door rotates around its vertical axis, allowing for large door sizes without the need for traditional visible side hinges.
Its opening movement also creates a wide, light-filled entrance, reinforcing the central role that natural light plays throughout the design of House F+T+3.
