The Project
The residence is designed as a compact architectural volume articulated across different heights and distinguished by regular grooves that introduce rhythm and movement to the building's geometry.
The façade balances glazed openings with solid surfaces, enhanced by the bold contrast between black and white that defines the entire architectural concept. This minimalist and functional approach continues throughout the interiors, where clean lines and restrained forms create elegant, contemporary spaces.
Within this context, the Oikos Synua 3TT entrance door integrates seamlessly into the architecture thanks to its flush-to-wall installation and minimalist design. The entrance becomes an integral part of the building envelope, ensuring visual continuity with the façade.

Black & White: The Entrance Door as an Architectural Feature
Inside the home, an all-white interior enhances the natural daylight entering through a large circular roof opening, creating a dramatic source of light at the heart of the living space.
The Synua security door is positioned along one wing of the house, occupying a substantial portion of the wall. Its generous dimensions reinforce its architectural presence, transforming the entrance into a distinctive design element while remaining perfectly aligned with the overall composition.
