NovelloArch offers a prefabricated wooden panel for building roofs, particularly suited to challenging environments like the restaurant sector. From kitchen to canteen – covering the entire journey from food preparation to dining – multiple technical demands arise,, all of which the structure must effectively address. 

The first challenge: fire resistance. This prefabricated wooden roof meets this requirement, as its underside (facing the building interior) is made of mineralized wood fibre slats, certified as class B-s1,d0 or B-s1,d1. 
A second aspect is soundproofing, to ensure comfort in dining areas and maintain suitable working conditions in the kitchen. Another challenge is the humid, aggressive atmosphere: Forza7 offers significant advantages over other roofing options for the restaurant industry since Forza7 is the only prefabricated roof panel on the market certified as service class 3 (NTC2018).
 

The underside of the panel remains visible within the building and is made of mineralized wood fibre slats, available in a variety of colours and formats to allow for extensive architectural customisation.
