NovelloArch is a brand of Novello srl, a historic Italian company founded in 1956, now in its third generation, specializing in the production of prefabricated wooden elements for construction. NovelloArch is the division that deals with the production of non-structural prefabricated wooden elements, such as facades and wooden cladding in general.
The aim of Novelloarch is to provide products for wooden architecture capable of providing maximum functional efficiency, in full respect of nature and human health.
Within the NovelloQArch product range, special attention is deserved by the prefabricated wooden roofs for large buildings, but also by various applications of wood in architecture such as continuous wooden facades, horizontal or vertical sunshade facades, wooden pergolas, wooden parapets and fences, false ceilings and decking for outdoor flooring.
In the field of wooden roofs, two patented products stand out: Forza6 and Forza7. These are prefabricated wooden panels, designed and specifically engineered for the construction of roofs for large buildings. These roofs simultaneously solve all the problems related to compliance with fire resistance regulations, noise reduction and even resistance to humid and/or aggressive internal atmospheres, typical of environments such as indoor swimming pools, spas, ice rinks, spas, chemical industries, canteens and kitchens of large restaurants. In particular, the forza7 roof is the only prefabricated wooden roof for class 3 buildings according to the NTC 2018 (Technical Construction Standards). The exceptional performance of NovelloArch wooden roofs does not end there: they can be installed quickly, halving costs and risks on the construction site, they are light and therefore require less load-bearing structure, and can be inspected throughout their life. On the lower side, inside the building, they are already pre-finished with a layer of mineralized wood fiber panels, available in many colors. This gives the prefabricated wooden roof two other properties: exceptional noise reduction and the ability to harmoniously diffuse light while avoiding reflections. Remotable sports environments, such as swimming pools, gyms, covered sports fields, but also theaters, supermarkets and even industrial warehouses become more comfortable, while respecting maximum construction performance, thanks to the Forza7 prefabricated wooden roof.
