Nestled between Golden Beach and Sunny Isles, 2000 Ocean is the first of its kind in this emerging luxury enclave. A beachfront oasis of calm and elegance, the complex offers 64 residential units, including half-floor units, full-floor penthouses and a duplex villa, in an extraordinary location. An architectural wonder by Enrique Norten and TEN Arquitectos, 2000 Ocean features a spa pavilion, which hosts a tranquil bamboo garden, private rooms, yoga studio and Hammam, in addition to a fitness and wellbeing centre which overlooks the curated gardens.
The 2000 Ocean residences are the expression of the ability to integrate Lualdi design solutions into customisable interior design.
The door, in fact, is the epicentre of all the architectural choices related to the designs, materials and finishes of the fittings. Sharing and continual dialogue with the designer are not only part of the Lualdi mindset, but the pillars of the entire process which, together with extreme flexibility in production, become the driving force and stimulus behind experimentation and innovation.
Glass is central in the project’s material board, used by the designers to connect inside and outside spaces. The Rasovetro 55s, an aluminium and satin glass swing door, with concealed hinges, was chosen for its essential lines, lightness and transparency. While it remains permeable to light, it also ensures the necessary privacy.
The L7, designed by Piero Lissoni, is a contemporary door in terms of concept, use of materials and technologies. With its clear and essential line, this design door lends itself to furnishing the most diverse spaces, playing with the light and transparency of opaline or satin glass and the sophisticated elegance of the metal of the bronze profile.
Marble is used to create scenic designs that give a new meaning to the material and three-dimensionality to the spaces.
Compass Line 01
Compass Line is a flush-to-the-wall pivot door for interiors. Featuring an aluminium frame, the door has been customised with marble finishes that can differ on each of the two leaves, in continuity with the designer’s choice of coatings, which characterises the mood of the individual spaces.
It is precisely the concept of permeability that guides the philosophy behind 2000 Ocean, both in the relationship between inside and outside, and in the relationship between spaces with different functions.
To guarantee that the connecting spaces allow for fluid movement between one area and another, Lualdi has created systems, partitions and sliding doors with fully customised finishes, allowing you to create settings within settings.

The Sliding 50 can be configured in several versions, both veneered and lacquered, for an indoor partition system that integrates itself with absolute flexibility in the most heterogeneous architectural contexts.
The Wall&Door, in oak Moka, is a system of contemporary-style walls, panels and doors conceived as a solution to rationalize, define and harmonize the different surfaces of the same setting. The Rasomuro 55s is an architectural element of transit from one setting to the next thanks to an exclusive and elusive design. In the sleeping area it becomes ethereal, almost immaterial, in perfect harmony with the colours and finishes chosen for the furniture.
