Villa P

Project is located on the Island of Čiovo, Croatia. The location has mediterranean qualities. Project is a reconstruction of an existing object. The concept was full reconstruction and the result is a completely new house. The Villa has 300 square meters of usable space, thereby it is very efficient in using its space. It is focused on the southern side which has a beautiful forest view. The potencial view is even more dramatised by carefull use of the openings which in some rooms act as a strict frame, in some as a seamless connection of the inner with the outher space. The day space of the villa is segmented in a fully closed, semi closed and fully opened parts of it which are concentrated over the seamless edge pool which intensifies the given atmosphere even more. Expected completion of the construction is in late 2013.
