Forza7 is a newly designed prefabricated wooden panel, specifically created for roofing indoor swimming pools, spas, thermal facilities, ice rinks, and sports facilities in general.

Manufactured by NovelloArch, this prefabricated wooden panel offers time and cost advantages: it can be installed quickly due to its large dimensions, measuring up to 16 meters in length and 2.50 meters in width.  Its underside is pre-finished to remain visible, offering additional significant functional benefits, which will be discussed later.

Roofing for thermal facilities, spas, or sports installations exposed to high humidity levels faces complex environmental conditions.  High atmospheric humidity loads, along with the presence of environmental treatment chemicals, lead to rapid structural deterioration and impose high maintenance costs for both upkeep and climate control.
 

Regulations have increased performance requirements for building structures in these contexts, which must be classified as service class 3, according to NTC2018 standards.
 

Currently, no prefabricated roofing solution addresses all these requirements simultaneously. Each project must be custom-engineered, resulting in additional time, installation costs, and responsibility burdens for the overall project. Regarding fire resistance, Forza7 is available upon request with B-s1,d0 or B-s1,d1certification. Moreover, acoustic absorption—a significant factor in ensuring environmental comfort in these settings—cannot be overlooked. Forza7 achieves a value of 0.60-0.65 (UNI EN ISO 111654:1998).
