Always careful to collaborate with companies that share a common vision, Jannelli&Volpi has persued in the last few years partnerships with both foreign and Italian entities in the areas of marketing and communications, as well as product development.
Founded in 1961 by Oreste Jannelli, it is the leading company in Italy in the wallcovering field, thanks to its continuous renewing, thanks to products that are 100% Made in Italy and by maintaining the highest standards in quality and style. 2006 marked a turning point.
Jannelli&Volpi renews two floors of its’ Milanese headquarters in Via Melzo 7, unveiles its new concept JVstore next to their coverings and furnishing materials showroom.
It also participated in their first Fuori Salone with an in-house event. In 2009 it launched the brand JV Italian Design: wallpapers imagined for an international contract furnishings market.
Jannelli&Volpi celebrated its 50th anniversary (1961- 2011) with the launch of JV 5x10. Celebration, conceived by five renowned designers: Paola Navone, Italo Lupi, Giulio Iacchetti, Diego Grandi and Matteo Ragni, who is also the art director for Fuori Salone. The end of the year was marked by the release of the book Wallpaper Celebration, from publisher Corraini Editions, showcasing the first 50 years of Jannelli&Volpi wallcoverings.
In 2012 the Fuori Salone event Wallpaper Revolution, with art direction by Matteo Ragni, revolutionized the Gallery space. In 2013 the line JWall Tailor Made was introduced and allowed for graphic, material and size customizations.
In 2014, the Armani Group announces the collaboration between Armani/Casa and Jannelli&Volpi for the realisation of Armani/ Casa Exclusive Wallcovering Collection: an extraordinary collection of wall coverings that is presented every year with new collections.
Through the years it collects three ADI Design Index in 2012, 2014 and 2016 for Compasso d’Oro. At Fuori Salone 2017 launches the new line ‘MissoniHome Wallcoverings01’ with the ‘Wallpaper Rhapsody’ event.
