Fire reaction solutions, EI 120 external fire service duct, 1250 x 1000

Global Building’s service ducts designed for exposure to external fire are engineered to ensure the integrity and insulation of underground utilities (electrical cables, pipes, mechanical systems) even under extreme emergency conditions.

Unlike standard ducts, these protection systems are constructed from high-density panels that act as an impenetrable barrier. Their main function is to prevent a fire that has broken out in one compartment from spreading through service penetrations, or from damaging circuits vital for emergency management.

In particular, this type for external fire exposure, with maximum dimensions of 1250 x 1000 mm, has the following technical characteristics:

⦁    Support: 60 x 40 x 4 mm L-shaped cross-members and 14 mm diameter threaded bars
