Fire resistance solutions, Jumbo BS System - Fire-resistant Door-type Inspection access panel with Door Opening

The door-type inspection hatch is designed for flush wall installation, with no visible frame or hinges, ensuring a clean and discreet appearance.
The outer structure is made of a sturdy tubular aluminium profile, while the inner frame consists of aluminium profiles welded using a special high-precision process.

A 3 mm gap is provided between the frame and the door panel, fitted with a shaped intumescent fire-resistant seal. The opening system features completely concealed snap locks, allowing the hatch to be opened with a simple press.

For enhanced security, additional locks can be installed (standard with square male key) to prevent access by unauthorized personnel. Special hinges allow for reversible side opening, either left-to-right or right-to-left, depending on installation requirements.
 

The product is certified in accordance with European standard EN 13501-2, with testing carried out in compliance with EN 1634-1.
