Inspection covers, System F4 - Fire-resistant Inspection access panel

F4 is a fire-resistant inspection hatch for plasterboard partition walls. It is manufactured with aluminum profiles and a 25 mm GFK gypsum board panel, and equipped with one or more snap locks.

The four profiles forming the two frames of the hatch are securely welded to each other using a special process. The hatch is supplied with safety chains and snap hooks, which must be reattached after each opening of the door. The 1.75 mm gap between the frame and the door is fitted with a profiled fire-resistant (intumescent) seal. Thanks to the invisible snap locks, the hatch opens with a simple press.

Tested in accordance with European standard EN 1364-1, up to a size of 1000 × 1000 mm, with certification on both sides of the wall.
