Composition and Thermal Performance

The technological core of T-REX / TUBE lies in its exclusive blend of refractory glass-silica-alumina fibers, an engineered material designed to withstand extreme thermal stress.

• Superior Insulation: the system is calibrated to keep the internal temperature of the protected pipe below 140°C, preventing the auto-ignition of the materials contained or structural deformation of the ducts.

   

• Lightweight and Versatile: thanks to the high porosity of the refractory material, the pipe shells are exceptionally lightweight, reducing the load on support brackets and facilitating installation operations.
