The Cosy sofa family conceived in 2017 by Francesco Rota for MDF Italia, expands with the version: Cosy Outdoor. A modular sofa designed to furnish open spaces such as residential gardens, contract and hospitality spaces, made with materials suitable for outdoor use. Cosy Outdoor is distinguished by the painted stainless steel structures on the back of the backrest supporting and decorating the structure.

The system consists of:

1) Modules:

- S (W85 D85), M (W125 D85), L (L170 D85), deep L (L170 D125) seat modules;

- curved seat module S (L155 P85) and M (L205 P85);

- straight backrest cushion S L60 and M L100;

- curved back cushion S L140 and M L200;

- armrests L70 and L110;

- additional single cushions for both armrest and backrest.

2) Back cushions: with double-density non-deformable polyurethane insert for unique comfort; polyester cover with water-repellent fabric that seals and waterproofs the cushion; recycled polyester fibre filling. The special composition of the cushion gives it softness and elasticity.

3) Backrests available in two colour variants: powder-coated matt white and powder-coated matt lead black.
