The F3 AKL by FF Systems is an acoustic inspection hatch designed to provide functional access to technical installations without compromising sound insulation performance.

An ideal solution for architectural projects where acoustic comfort, clean aesthetics and construction quality are essential requirements, the F3 AKL hatch integrates perfectly into residential buildings, hospitality spaces, offices and high-traffic public environments.
Structure and Materials

The inspection hatch is made of aluminium profiles combined with a water-repellent impregnated gypsum board panel, available in thicknesses of 12.5 mm, 15 mm or 25 mm, and equipped with two or more snap locks. The two frames of the hatch consist of four profiles securely welded together through a special process, ensuring long-term stability and precision.
Starting from the 300 x 300 mm size, the hatch is supplied with one or more safety cables with carabiner hooks, to be reattached after each opening of the panel.

A gap of only 3 mm remains between the frame and the panel, completed by a special gasket certified as “airtight and dustproof”, a key element in maintaining the system’s overall performance.

The completely invisible snap locks allow the hatch to open with a simple press, without the need for handles or external elements.
The hatch requires no plastering: unless otherwise specified, the panel has no visible screws and is ready to be painted, ensuring seamless integration into architectural surfaces.
