The inspection hatch is made of aluminium profiles combined with a high-strength gypsum board panel, with a total thickness of 2 x 12.5 mm. A special sound-absorbing structure is installed on the rear side, designed to enhance acoustic performance and easily removable when required.

To ensure maximum safety during use, the hatch is supplied with one or more safety cables complete with a carabiner, which must be reattached after each opening of the door panel.

The gap between the frame and the door is reduced to 2.5 mm and is equipped with a double airtight and dustproof sealing gasket, ensuring both high sound insulation and a perfectly sealed closure.

The hatch is also fitted with invisible snap-lock closures, allowing it to be opened with a simple push, without any visible external elements.

The hatch has been tested in accordance with the following standards:

EN ISO 10140-2:2010 for acoustic insulation
DIN EN 12207 for air and dust tightness
