Fire resistance solutions, F62 Paint - Protection of corrugated sheet metal roofing

Composite slabs with corrugated metal decking are a fast construction solution but are vulnerable to heat. Protecting the soffit of the metal sheet is essential to ensure the stability of the entire floor structure.

Low-Thickness REI 120 System

With only 1.0 kg/m² of F62 PAINT intumescent coating, it is possible to increase the fire resistance of the slab (metal deck + 50 mm concrete pour) up to REI 120. The system is extremely lightweight and requires no additional support structures.

Integrated Anti-Corrosive Treatment

To ensure the durability of the system on metal substrates, proper surface preparation is essential using:

⦁    F62 PRIMER S: For standard anti-corrosive protection.
⦁    F62 PRIMER Z: Specific for galvanized sheets.
