The Frog outdoor floodlight is an exterior spotlight that combines engineering precision and scenographic versatility, designed to deliver light exactly where it is needed without compromising aesthetics. In outdoor projects and outdoor lighting design, the Frog floodlight is particularly effective when precise beam control is required: the light head is mounted on an articulated bracket that allows multi-axis adjustment, enabling fine orientation to follow architectural lines, vegetation, or material details.

The Frog outdoor floodlight is part of the Frog collection by Platek, an extremely flexible family of outdoor luminaires designed to create tailor-made exterior lighting solutions. The concept revolves around a round lighting body and an elegant joint that connects it seamlessly to the vertical element. 

A distinctive feature of the Frog outdoor floodlight is its rear section with a decorative spiral design: not merely an aesthetic detail, but a functional solution that enhances thermal efficiency and heat dissipation, helping to maintain high performance and long-term durability even in demanding outdoor environments. In this way, the Frog outdoor floodlight works as a technical tool while maintaining a presence consistent with high-quality outdoor lighting.

In terms of applications, the Frog outdoor floodlight can be integrated into gardens, façades, pathways, and public spaces as a focused light point, capable of defining volumes, plants, or architectural elements with a restrained visual impact. In addition, the availability of accessories and supports (rods, brackets, linear bases) allows for single or modular installations and the creation of customized lighting compositions.
