Inspection covers, BMW EI60 system - Fire-resistant inspection hatch

BMW EI60 is a fire-rated inspection access panel for masonry/solid walls, designed as an EI60 solution for technical access points where declared fire performance is required. It is available in customized sizes within production limits. 

Key features

⦁    Aluminium profiles with 30 mm GKF plasterboard panels, plus an external 30 mm plasterboard frame. 
⦁    Supplied with safety chains/cables and carabiners to be reattached after opening. 
⦁    2.5 mm gap with an expanding fire gasket and an additional gasket on the outer frame. 
⦁    Opening via invisible snap locks (push-to-open). 
⦁    Tested according to EN 1364-1 up to 1000×1500 mm with a bilateral certificate. 
⦁    Wall opening guidance: wall opening = door size + 115 mm.
