Inspection covers, F2 FE

The F2 FE inspection access panel is designed for inspection systems where a clean, integrated access panel is required for walls or suspended ceilings, coordinated with existing technical finishes. It features aluminium profiles combined with a 12.5 mm slotted plasterboard panel and includes two or more snap locks.

Opening and construction details

The snap locks are invisible and open with simple pressure. Both frames are made from four profiles welded together using a special process. A 1.75 mm gap with a white gasket is provided between the frame and the door leaf, supporting a neat, precise closure.

Safety during maintenance

From 300 × 300 mm onwards, the panel is supplied with one or more safety cables with a carabiner, to be reattached after each opening to help prevent accidents during inspection operations.

Slot dimensions are manufactured according to the customer drawing, with example configurations including full slots, partial slots, and perforations.
