Inspection covers, JA System - Inspection access panel with hinged door opening

FF Systems presents the JA inspection hatch, characterized by aluminum profiles with a 12.5 mm water-repellent impregnated gypsum plasterboard panel and two or more snap locks. Both frames of the hatch are made up of four profiles welded together using a specific process.

Externally, the hatch features a reinforced frame with a 40×20 mm aluminum tubular section positioned on the rear, with a C-shaped section to which the 90° opening hinges are fixed. One or more rollers can be installed at the bottom to assist closing, depending on the size. The overall thickness of the hatch is 60 mm across the entire external frame.
