Inspection covers, F5 System EI90 – EI120 – Fire-Resistant Inspection Access panel

The F5 EI90 – EI120 system is a certified fire-resistant inspection hatch, ideal for installation in technical shafts or self-supporting partition walls. The structure is made of aluminium profiles and a GKF gypsum board panel, available in four different thicknesses: 40 mm, 43 mm, 45 mm, and 50 mm.

Two sturdy frames, composed of four precisely welded profiles, ensure strength and long-lasting durability. The hatch is completed with an external 30 mm gypsum board frame, allowing perfect integration into the wall surface.

To guarantee maximum safety during use, the hatch is supplied with safety chains and a carabiner, which must be reattached after each opening of the door.
The gap between the frame and the door is reduced to only 1.75 mm and includes an expanding profiled fire-resistant sealing gasket, designed to enhance protection in the event of fire.

The hatch is also equipped with invisible snap-lock closures, enabling opening with a simple push, without the need for external accessories. Tested in accordance with the European standard EN 1364-1, the hatch is certified up to a maximum size of 1000 x 1500 mm, with a bilateral certificate.
