The structure is made of aluminium profiles and a high-strength gypsum board panel, with a total thickness of 2 x 12.5 mm, ensuring durability and excellent insulation performance.
The hatch consists of two sturdy frames, formed by four profiles precisely welded together, providing long-term stability and strength. For increased safety during opening, it is supplied with safety chains and carabiners, which must be reattached after each inspection operation.
The gap between the frame and the door panel is 2.5 mm and is equipped with a double airtight and dustproof sealing gasket, a key feature for maintaining high sound insulation and protection against external agents.
The hatch has been tested according to:
EN ISO 10140-2:2010 for acoustic insulation
DIN EN 12207 for air and dust tightness
Main advantages of this type of hatch include:
-Quick installation on both ceilings and walls
-Removable door panel
-Wall installation only with tilt-opening (vasistas) system
-Certified airtight and dustproof performance
-High level of acoustic insulation
