Inspection manhole, PRO-TR System - Inspection cover

What it is

The PRO+TR floor access cover is an inspection cover designed for floor ducts and technical voids, where a flush-to-floor finish and a walkable surface are required. The system is made of stainless steel, and the cover is finished with an anti-slip checkered metal plate.

Features & installation

The frame is equipped with a special gasket that is resistant to frost and weather conditions, helping protect against seepage and odor leakage. Installation is performed flush with the floor by means of a concrete pour; the cover is secured with tightening screws and can be removed using the dedicated lifting key supplied. As a reference, the external frame dimension is stated as clear opening + 75 mm.

Performance & versions

Two load configurations are indicated: Version 1: Class A15 according to EN 124 and Version 2 Ultra Strong: Class C250 according to EN 124. This can be relevant when inspection requirements must be coordinated with heavier load scenarios (depending on the version).
