Outdoor inspection access panel, MPWD System - Outdoor inspection hatch “resistant to heavy rain”

The inspection hatch is made of aluminum profiles and is equipped with a cement slab and a cylinder lock with key. There is no snap lock, in order to avoid possible malfunctions in outdoor applications.

The frame has a thickness of 15 mm, while the cement board panel, with a thickness of 12.5 mm, is recessed to allow for flush plastering. The external frame, with a thickness of 60 mm, is designed for installation on block or brick walls, thanks to the presence of anchoring brackets or the option of fixing with wall plugs.

The hatch is supplied with one or more safety cables fitted with a carabiner, to be reattached after each opening of the door. A 3 mm gap is present between the frame and the door, where an air- and dust-tight gasket and a second special pressure gasket for protection against weather agents are applied.
