Technical specificationd

Tube Paletto by Platek is made with an extruded primary aluminum body, with head and flange die-cast in EN 44300 aluminum alloy with extremely low copper content. The closing diffusers are made of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), ensuring high transparency, resistance to UV rays, and scratch resistance. The floor-fixing flange is concealed.

A4 stainless steel screws are used. The product undergoes a galvanic anodizing treatment divided into distinct phases: mechanical satin finishing, surface degreasing, anodic oxidation, and final sealing. Subsequently, the product is painted using an in-line double-coat process (epoxy-based primer + polyester-based topcoat), creating a single high-thickness protective layer. This, combined with the previous anodizing treatment, forms a barrier against atmospheric agents and UV radiation, achieving corrosion resistance performance in salt spray tests far exceeding market standards.IP65, IK10.
