Technical specifications

The product features a body made of extruded primary aluminum, while the head and flange are die-cast in EN 44300 aluminum alloy, characterized by an extremely low copper content. For the closing diffusers, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) is used instead of traditional polycarbonate (PC), ensuring high transparency, excellent resistance to UV rays, and increased scratch resistance. The ground-fixing flange is fully integrated and concealed. All screws are made of A4 stainless steel.

The surface treatment includes a galvanic anodizing process divided into several stages: mechanical satin finishing, surface degreasing, anodic oxidation, and final sealing. To complete the process, the product is coated using an in-line double-layer system consisting of an epoxy-based primer and a polyester-based topcoat, creating a single, high-thickness protective layer. The combination of anodizing and coating provides effective protection against atmospheric agents and UV radiation, ensuring corrosion resistance performance in salt spray tests that significantly exceeds market standards.
