Acoustic Inspection Access Panel, BDA System EI30 – Acoustic Inspection Access Panel

The BDA EI30 acoustic inspection access panel by FF Systems is a flush inspection access panel designed to provide discreet access to service voids and technical compartments while maintaining acoustic insulation performance and EI30 fire protection requirements. It is suitable when, within inspection systems, you need access panels that can be specified clearly in drawings and specifications—also for applications where fire protection access panels and related fire protection systems are part of the design brief.

Construction features

The access panel is made of aluminum profiles with high-resistance plasterboard panels; on the rear side a special acoustic structure is installed, which can be easily removed to simplify inspections and maintenance.
A 2.5 mm gap remains between the frame and the door, fitted with a double gasket ensuring air and dust tightness, which provides both sound insulation and a hermetic seal.

Opening and safety

The invisible snap locks allow the inspection access panel to be opened with a simple press. The access panel is supplied with one or more safety cables with carabiners, which must be reattached after each opening to help prevent accidents.

Design advantages

The BDA EI30 access panel is available with custom-made production (within production limits) and can be configured with locks.
