Inspection manhole, PRO+ System – Inspection Access Panel galvanized steel

The PRO+ Edelstahl (stainless steel) PRO+ System by FF Systems is designed for inspection systems where a clean, durable access point is required directly in the floor finish. It is intended for floor ducts, both for indoor and outdoor use, and uses a basin-style construction so the top can be integrated neatly within the surrounding flooring build-up. Within the wider FF Systems range (which also includes fire-rated solutions), this model belongs to the family of floor inspection access products.

Construction features

The PRO+ Floor Access Panel System is made of stainless steel, with a thickness of 2 mm. The depth of the basin is 50 mm, and the installation height is 75 mm. The frame is equipped with a special gasket to seal against frost and weather conditions, preventing infiltration and the escape of odors.

Opening and installation

The frame is fixed by pouring it level with the floor. The basin can then be filled and inserted into the frame. For installation, the cover is secured with tightening screws and—using the supplied lifting key—it can be removed. The system is equipped with a tightening/lifting key and installation manual, and installation must be carried out professionally, ensuring the special gasket tightly adheres to the frame profile.

Filling and dimensions

The basin can be filled with flooring materials such as stone, tiles, concrete, resin, granite, wood, and other hard floorings, or other types of materials. The dimensional rule provided is: External Frame Dimensions: Light Opening + 135 mm.
