Overview
The HSE75 inspection access panel is a floor access cover designed for floor ducts where reliable inspection systems and a neat flush-to-floor finish are required. It is a filling solution intended to integrate the flooring while keeping technical access clean and straightforward.
Technical features
Frame and tray are made of aluminium. The tray depth is 62 mm and the installation height is 78 mm. The floor access cover is equipped with three special gaskets along the entire perimeter. The frame is fixed by throwing at floor level. The tray can then be filled and inserted into the frame and the pistons can then also be mounted. The opening is supported by two gas pistons allowing it to be opened and closed by a single person. Safety is ensured by a fall arrest device. The filling of the tray is possible with stone flooring, tiles, concrete, resin, granite, wood and hard floors or other materials.
Project advantages
⦁ Almost invisible when installed, suitable for refined architectural details.
⦁ Easier handling thanks to opening and closing power-assisted and a construction concept that supports opening.
⦁ Suitable for indoor and outdoor floor ducts where high quality is required.
Operational notes
As with all floor access covers, professional installation and correct use of lifting keys are essential for long-term performance and safety.
