Inspection covers, F2 AKL System - Aluminum inspection access panel "air and dust tight

FF Systems presents F2 AKL, an inspection access panel made with aluminum profiles and a water-repellent impregnated gypsum plasterboard panel, available in three thickness options: 12.5 mm, 15 mm, or 25 mm, and equipped with two or more snap-lock closures.

The two frames that make up the access panel consist of four profiles welded using a special process. A 3 mm gap between the frame and the door panel, fitted with a special gasket, is certified as “airtight and dust-tight.”

From the 300 × 300 mm size onward, the access panel is supplied with one or more safety cables and a carabiner to be reattached after each use of the door.
 

The panel opens with simple pressure thanks to invisible snap-lock closures. The door does not require joint filling unless otherwise specified; it is ready to be painted and has no visible screws.
