Inspection manhole, PRO+ MAXI System – Inspection Access Panel

The PRO+ MAXI System – Inspection Access Panel by FF Systems is designed for inspection systems where you need a neat, durable access point integrated directly into the floor build-up. It is intended for floor ducts, both for indoor and outdoor use, and follows a tray/basin approach so flooring finishes can be accommodated while keeping a clean architectural result. 

Construction features

The PRO+M Floor Access Panel is made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 2 mm. The basin depth is 100 mm, and the installation height is 125 mm. The frame is equipped with a special gasket to seal against frost and weather conditions, protecting against infiltration and the escape of odors. 

Opening and installation

The frame is fixed by pouring it level with the floor. The basin can then be filled and inserted into the frame. For installation, the cover is secured with tightening screws and—using the supplied lifting key—it can be removed. The system is equipped with a tightening/lifting key and installation manual. 

Filling and dimensions

The basin can be filled with flooring materials such as stone, tiles, concrete, resin, granite, wood, hard flooring, or other materials. External Frame Dimensions: Light Opening + 150 mm.

Load: up to Class B125 according to EN 124 Standard. Installation must be carried out professionally, ensuring the special gasket tightly adheres to the frame profile.
