Rippling Wall with arm is an outdoor lighting fixture that combines material poetry with architectural presence. The hand-blown glass body, crafted according to the Venetian artisanal tradition, features a delicately irregular surface that diffuses light like ripples on a lake, creating ever-changing reflections and shadows. Each piece is unique, and the essential design enhances the purity of the material, highlighting the dialogue between light and matter. With its understated elegance and ability to generate a warm, vibrant atmosphere, Rippling Wall with arm is ideal for entrances, façades, porticoes, and outdoor spaces, helping define a coherent and contemporary lighting identity.

Technical Specifications

The mounting base, body, and arm are made of die-cast EN44300 aluminum, while the diffuser support is produced from primary aluminum. The diffuser, in high-resistance hand-blown glass, is designed to ensure long-lasting strength and reliability.

The optical system integrates high-intensity COB LEDs with a CRI greater than 90, ensuring excellent color rendering. The design is clean and essential, with no visible screws, for a refined and flawless aesthetic.

The product undergoes a multi-stage galvanic anodizing treatment, including mechanical satin finishing, surface degreasing, anodic oxidation, and final sealing. This is followed by an in-line double-coat painting process (epoxy-based primer and polyester-based topcoat), creating a single high-thickness protective layer. The combination of anodizing and painting provides superior protection against atmospheric agents and UV rays, achieving salt spray corrosion resistance performance well above market standards.

Before bonding, the glass is subjected to an atmospheric-pressure plasma surface pre-treatment, which precisely activates surface energy, improves wettability, and removes any release agent residues, ensuring long-lasting adhesion. The subsequent silicone application and glass assembly are carried out through an automated process, guaranteeing perfect sealing of the luminaire. Protection rating: IP65 – Impact resistance: IK06.
