The wall-mounted version of Astral Trellis extends its luminous presence in a subtle yet striking way, transforming light into a suspended graphic gesture. Even in this configuration, the perforated design inspired by contemporary girih patterns animates surrounding surfaces with ever-shifting shadows, creating vibrant and immersive atmospheres. The refined stainless steel structure supports the decorative head like a light architectural gesture, projecting light outward to enhance entrances, façades, and both public and residential spaces. Astral Trellis wall version is more than a light source—it’s a visual statement that enriches the identity of any environment with elegance and character.

Technical Specifications

Primary aluminum alloy body. Pole and mounting base made of AISI 304 stainless steel, CNC-machined. Diffuser made of AISI 304 stainless-steel mesh. Optical system composed of high-intensity COB LEDs with a color rendering index greater than 90. No visible screws. The product undergoes a galvanic anodizing treatment divided into distinct phases: mechanical satin finishing, surface degreasing, anodic oxidation, and finally sealing. The product is painted using an in-line double-coat process (epoxy-based primer + polyester-based topcoat), which creates a single high-thickness protective layer. This, in addition to the previous anodizing, forms a barrier against atmospheric agents and UV rays, achieving corrosion-resistance performance in salt spray far superior to market standards. The bonding of the glass on Platek products is preceded by an atmospheric-pressure plasma surface pretreatment. This process activates the surface energy exactly where needed, ensuring excellent wettability and removing any release-agent residues, resulting in long-lasting adhesion. The silicone is then applied and the glass assembled onto the lighting body through an automated process that guarantees proper sealing of the luminaire.
