Airliner, in its wall-mounted version, combines formal rigor with visual lightness. The body, articulated by sharp cuts and geometric fragmentation, projects light in a dynamic and directional way, creating graphic effects that enhance walls and architectural surfaces with sobriety and character.
Designed to integrate harmoniously into outdoor spaces, it becomes a luminous sign that enriches façades, entrances, and exterior pathways. Its light shapes the environment with precision and stylistic coherence, helping to create contemporary, scenographic atmospheres even during the evening hours.

Technical Specifications

Die-cast body and base made of EN 44300 aluminum alloy with very low copper content. Diffuser support made of primary aluminum. Diffuser made of AISI 304 stainless steel with laser cutting. Optical system composed of high-intensity COB LEDs with a color rendering index greater than 90. No visible screws.

The product undergoes a galvanic anodizing treatment divided into distinct phases: mechanical satin finishing, surface degreasing, anodic oxidation, and final sealing. It is then subjected to an in-line double-layer coating cycle (epoxy primer followed by polyester topcoat), ensuring uniform, high-thickness protection. This treatment, combined with the previous anodizing process, creates an extremely resistant barrier against atmospheric agents and UV rays, guaranteeing performance in salt spray corrosion tests far exceeding market standards.

The bonding of the glass components on Platek products is preceded by a surface pre-treatment using atmospheric-pressure plasma. This process activates surface energy precisely where needed, ensuring excellent wettability and removing any residual release agents, thus providing long-lasting adhesion. The application of silicone and the assembly of the glass onto the luminaire body then follow, through an automated process that guarantees perfect sealing of the fixture. IP65, IK08.
