Micro In-ground StS is a compact in-ground recessed fitting designed to blend discreetly into architectural space, defining paths and details with controlled, uniform light. In an outdoor project, it can be used as a single point or in series, keeping a minimal presence and letting light guide surface reading.


The Micro collection by Platek is a recessed fitting with reduced size—only 95 mm diameter. MICRO is pure light: it produces a significant beam when switched on and disappears when turned off. Thanks to extreme ease of installation, Micro can be used as a single light point or in series, either on floor or ceiling. By means of monochromatic or dynamic light, it can highlight individual architectural elements such as columns and statues—useful in an outdoor lighting design project when working with accents and hierarchies.

• Body and head in AISI 316L stainless steel
• Fixing with o rings
• No visible screws and fixed to the outer housing with a clip on system
• IP68 protection with Full Dry system which avoids condensation inside the product
• Installation of the recessed housing in cast concrete with a 20–30 cm gravel soakaway
• Only an IP68 connection to the power supply can guarantee the same protection to the fixture
• Outer housing and connector to be ordered separately
• IP66/IP68 Full Dry, IK10
