Through the interpretation of the characters of public place and in particular of building for sporting activity, the project proposal is outlined around the themes of morphological recognisability, typological emergence, public representation and collective identity.

The project prefigures the image of an architectural structure clearly available to the overall look as to the capture of the particular, enunciating itself through singular constructive episodes in a didactic meaning of the architecture and the functions it houses. The new building and the surrounding green spaces relate morphologically and orographically to the precious context, constituting, overall, the expression of a single urban structure: a sign of demarcation and a combination of different settlement structures.
