Cupertino – private villa

Cupertino – private villa

Located in the hills of Cupertino, this private residence follows the shape of the landscape. The interconnection of the different elements of the house forms a modern sculptural composition, a contemporary house that integrates luxury design with commitment to green buildings.
Designed by architect Louie Leu, this hilly property consists of the central core, an outbuilding and a swimming pool. The L-shape of the house, located at the top of the hill, offers an unprecedented panoramic view on the Silicon Valley.
The project integrates high-end design with commitment to sustainability: as a matter of fact the villa is equipped with a photovoltaic system, a rainwater collection system and an external cladding.
Innovative features include an outdoor kitchen, a home theater system, a modern wine cellar, Italian aluminum windows, a pivoting front door, a leather-covered elevator, and a large infinity pool.
The project was realized in such a way as to integrate the form and function of the house with the external environment, in order to create a positive impact on the lives of people who will enjoy a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.
