An important International Group in the field of civil construction required a project for the construction of office building, at its own operating station in the Azerbaijani hinterland, about 300 km from the capital Baku.
The attention to the particular climatic conditions, the efficiency of the distributive characters, a communicative and disdascalic meaning of the artifact, represented the guiding principles of the design. The building, in reinforced concrete, stands on a base containing the reception and exhibition spaces; three floors outside the office space crown a last floor dedicated to representation and meeting spaces.
The coating uses the sample of building products made by the company itself.
