Almost a work of archaeological excavation according to philological intentions, not in the meaning of conservation but in bringing out a more authentic and narrative spatial plot.

Aided by an energetic and collaborative commitment and by a team of "old-time" artisans, I was able to realize a rich, detailed and "freehand" project, still continuing during the phase of work direction, to elaborate, to adjust, improve initial intentions.

The establishment of an "en suite" spatial organization, for which the rooms follow one another in continuity without the interruption of service spaces and classical distribution, together with a deepening of the constructive and decorative detail characterize the redevelopment intervention for this early '900 building of Art Nouveau, finally wrapped and protected by an elegant garden loved and cared for with an "oriental" spirit.
