External rendering realization on behalf of the engineer Patanè design studio

The project involves the construction of a two-family villa on two levels (basement and first floor, private gardens and car entrance) and a two-family villa (single level with private garden and private road with reserved car parking).

The classic style is combined with the landscape context of the Etna countries by providing pitched roofs with tiled roofs and the inclusion of lava stone and terracotta. The green is characterized by meadows and native plants.
