Building rehabilitation in Porto, Portugal

Building rehabilitation in Porto, Portugal
The building was identified and acquired by Burgomorfose, Lda., a company specializing in investment and rehabilitation for rent. The apartments in downtown Porto are the result of the rehabilitation of a bourgeois house of the early twentieth century. The facade, ceiling heights, stairwell, carpentry are lovely. The building has great potential for residential use in the rental market, following the strong dynamics of this business. It shows great quality of the interior woodwork, the access stairs to the various floors and a skylight, the outdoor patio, the garden with the "greenhouse", among others. Functional and practical solutions prevailed throughout the rehabilitation project, always taken into account the original details and, with them, enrich the ambiances created.
