Y7 - The Wine Meditation Room

Y7 Genesis Y7 was born in a sunny and peaceful August afternoon, in Sardinia, by the shadows of Mount Minerva, near Villanova Monteleone, Sassari, my father's village (home-town). Beyond Space and Time, the real luxury today is represented by the Silence – along with the ability to meditate, reflect, ponder, fibrillate… Minerva is the patroness of Y7: caring, noting, and assisting in the development of its creativity, and that of its occupants. The three horses by Minerva’s helmet are part of 10,000 horses... (a Chinese proverb stands to indicate the ideas: ten thousand running horses...) The wine chosen and proposed by Y7 is also largely curative, and magical… It flows spontaneously from light-years away - as the grapes of the Mediterranean… The Lady of the Vineyards (by poet Ritsos) acting as good friend and confidante of Minerva’s… and also Ithaca (the island - by poet Kavafis) Y7 does not propose good recipes for all seasons… Y7 observes, helps, selects and extends its welcome to you Y7 inspires you to choose your own future... Y7, born in the Romantic Island of Sardinia, was developed in Tuscany, Veneto, Friuli and the Alps of Trentino. Y7 è uno spazio-ambiente dove degustare Vino italiano di qualità. Oltre a Grappe, Spiriti ed altro. E' composto da soli 7 posti dove assaggiare Vini non facilmente reperibili. E' nato in Sardegna, un assolato pomeriggio di agosto all'ombra del monte Minerva, vicino a Villanova Monteleone - SS. Infatti Minerva è la dea ispiratrice di Y7. Minerva aveva sul suo elmo i cavalli ad indicare le idee.. Gli stessi cinesi per indicare il concetto di idee dicono : i diecimila cavalli.. La mia riflessione è nata dopo la lettura del libro di Leonard Koren, architetto americano, che si è ispirato alla filosofia del Wabi-Sabi.. Cioè del diseguale, dell'imperfetto, dell'effimero.. Oltre a spazio e tempo abbiamo bisogno - dove possibile - anche di silenzio.. Sono tre concetti che in Sardegna si trovano in abbondanza. Siamo stati, sin da subito, ben accolti in Friuli, Toscana, Trentino e Veneto
