Tok for Cerruti Baleri

Tok is the modular bookcase designed by Benedetto Quaquaro for Cerruti Baleri S.p.a. In particular, we engineered, industrialized and produced the closing doors in powder-coated metal painted in matt black or white colors. We paid a particular attention to quality, details and perfect doors closing alignment. The engineering process involved the design and implementation of few tools, without renouncing dimensional accuracy and high aesthetic quality. The accuracy and attention to details were achieved through the use of Laser cutting technology and a dedicated tool fitted on the CNC bending press and needed to obtain the right shape of the door parts. The elements are welded by electric points and TIG, a process that allows to get invisible and high quality welding.
