Sustainable residential quarter

A new sustainable residential quarter in Venice, included several type of buldings: single house family, semi-detached house, dwelling and villas provided by a swimming pool. The quarter design improve suistanable technology such as wood-panels strucural system, fotovoltaic and solar panels, geothermical system and big green areas. The visualization work included both external and internal stills, with an high attention to the vegetation and its variety.
