Inspection manhole, 7500 BS Aluminium Series

Overview

Series 7500 BS is a fire-rated floor access cover for floor inspections where high performance and a flush-to-floor detail are required. It is suitable when fire-rated manhole covers must be integrated into the finished floor without sacrificing aesthetics.

Technical features

Frame and tray are made of aluminium. The tray depth is 62 mm and the installation height is only 75 mm. It is equipped with 3 special gaskets along the entire perimeter. The frame is fixed by throwing at floor level. The tray can then be filled and inserted into the frame. The lid is fixed to the frame by 4 tightening screws, and can be removed with special lifting keys. It includes a 25 mm thick fire protection plate and provides fire protection for up to 120 minutes, with EI120 classification. Filling is possible with tiles, concrete, resin, granite, interlocking blocks, wood and other materials. FF Systems recommends using the EasyLifter for handling.
